Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor customer orders from placement to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with production teams to align manufacturing schedules with demand forecasts and inventory levels.
- Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management to optimize costs and quality.
- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and delivery performance, and report on findings.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, including disruptions in procurement, production, or logistics.
- Work closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industries.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, production planning, and logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain management software (e.g., Kinaxis, JDA).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
- Certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) are a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are advantageous.
