Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and environmental regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory and shipments.
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics partners to optimize delivery schedules and reduce operational costs.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance warehouse productivity, space utilization, and inventory turnover.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align warehouse operations with business objectives and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis tools.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
