Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, goods, and services to support manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules while building strong, long-term relationships.
- Support ERP transactions, including data entry, order processing, and inventory management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Assist in procurement planning and forecasting to align with production schedules and business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and cost fluctuations to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Work closely with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely and accurate procurement activities.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to ethical standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management and contract administration.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
