Responsibility
- Analyze and map current supply chain and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and measure process performance.
- Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and recommend actionable solutions.
- Lead cross-functional projects to streamline workflows and improve end-to-end operations.
- Document processes, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
- Monitor and report on process performance, highlighting trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by evaluating and integrating new technologies into existing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process analysis, supply chain, or operations management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
- Experience with process mapping, workflow optimization, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Certification in process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is an advantage.
