Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet operational and project requirements in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
- Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to support terminal operations and project timelines.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable pricing and service agreements.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks and optimize procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical procurement practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand, manage inventory, and resolve supply chain issues.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to management, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the Oil & Gas or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
