Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform various tests and measurements using specialized equipment to verify product specifications.
- Document and report any deviations or non-conformities, and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all quality control activities.
- Participate in internal and external audits to verify compliance with industry standards and certifications.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a QA/QC role within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and other relevant quality certifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
