Responsibility
- Source and procure raw materials, equipment, and services to meet production requirements.
- Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best pricing and service levels.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure reliability and quality.
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and ethical sourcing practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
