Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching toy inventory.
- Coordinate and execute local B2B deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and maintain accurate records.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics and communication.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all warehouse activities.
- Assist in resolving any logistical challenges or discrepancies in a proactive manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or operations, preferably in distribution or retail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local B2B delivery routes and logistics in Bali is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse settings.
