Responsibility
- Manage and process customer purchase orders (POs) for delivery and stock replenishment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, tracking incoming and outgoing stock to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate order fulfillment, delivery schedules, and stock transfers.
- Resolve order discrepancies, including delays, damages, or incorrect shipments, by liaising with customers and internal teams.
- Generate and analyze reports on order status, inventory turnover, and customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, updating order statuses, and ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience.
- Implement process improvements to enhance order management efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline workflows.
- Support cross-functional projects, such as system upgrades or new product launches, to optimize supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain/logistics, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industries.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a customer-centric approach to resolving order or inventory issues.
- Experience with inventory management tools or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity.
