Responsibility
- Oversee all plant operations, ensuring alignment with company goals, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of managers, engineers, and production staff to achieve peak performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to optimize processes.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards, environmental regulations, and workplace safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and innovative solutions into manufacturing processes.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support operational and financial objectives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in plant management, operations, or manufacturing leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior director-level role.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, cost reduction, and process optimization in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop talent.
- In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, ISO standards, and other industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, automation technologies, and data-driven manufacturing tools.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
