Responsibility

  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective procurement solutions.
  • Compare quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage purchase orders to optimize costs and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement activities with production and project requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, invoices, and supplier performance.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve procurement efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
  • Prepare reports on procurement metrics, supplier performance, and market trends for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
