Responsibility
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective procurement solutions.
- Compare quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage purchase orders to optimize costs and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement activities with production and project requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, invoices, and supplier performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve procurement efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Prepare reports on procurement metrics, supplier performance, and market trends for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost optimization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering, or logistics industries is highly desirable.
