As a Procurement Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing procurement processes through spend analysis, purchase price monitoring, data management, and reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiencies, enhance supplier performance, and ensure compliance with procurement policies. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for data-driven decision-making and process improvement.

Responsibility
- Conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and procurement trends.
- Monitor and analyze purchase prices to ensure competitive pricing and value for money.
- Manage and maintain procurement data, ensuring accuracy and integrity in reporting.
- Develop and present procurement reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize procurement processes and improve efficiency.
- Support the implementation of procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and selection to enhance supplier performance and relationships.
- Identify and mitigate procurement risks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with spend analysis, cost modeling, or procurement reporting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
