Responsibility
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and document any defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from specifications.
- Use precision measuring tools and equipment to verify product dimensions and features.
- Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues in real-time.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and generate reports for management review.
- Follow established quality control procedures and adhere to safety protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes.
- Provide feedback to production teams to prevent recurring quality issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control is a plus.
- Proven experience in visual inspection or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
