Responsibility
- Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize excess stock while preventing shortages.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain supply chain documentation, including reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in supply chain management.
- Support cross-functional teams in resolving supply chain-related issues and implementing corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management tools).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in supply chain management.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
