Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of logistics and operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Monitor and optimize logistics processes, including inventory management, distribution, and transportation, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and partnerships.
- Analyze financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, operations management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of leading teams, driving operational excellence, and achieving business growth.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles, including inventory control, distribution, and transportation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using logistics and operations management software and tools.
