Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, and warehouse coordination.
- Collaborate with production teams to align logistics activities with manufacturing schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess, while maintaining accurate records in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth transportation and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports, including KPIs on delivery performance, transportation costs, and inventory turnover.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards in all logistics and warehousing activities.
- Resolve logistics-related issues promptly, including delays, discrepancies, or vendor conflicts, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain coordination, preferably in manufacturing or electronics.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/SAP) and logistics software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills to interact with internal teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve logistics performance.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
