As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. You will champion safety regulations, implement efficient storage layouts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize productivity and reduce operational costs. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can foster a collaborative work environment, mentor staff, and resolve operational challenges with speed and accuracy.

Responsibility
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, putting away, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
- Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff, ensuring high morale, optimal performance, and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain strict inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, physical audits, and efficient database management.
- Enforce strict warehouse safety standards and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and layout to improve workflow efficiency and maximize storage capacity.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to coordinate incoming shipments and timely customer deliveries.
- Generate regular operational reports on warehouse KPIs, inventory levels, and team productivity for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in logistics/manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with standard forklift operations and safety procedures is highly desirable.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
