Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate all export orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Manage and optimize SAP processes for export transactions, including order processing, inventory tracking, and shipment status updates.
- Monitor and resolve any delays or discrepancies in shipments, proactively communicating with stakeholders to mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, carriers, and regulatory bodies to streamline export operations.
- Analyze export data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international export laws, including trade sanctions, embargoes, and licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in export operations, international logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in SAP (or similar ERP systems) for export and logistics processes.
- In-depth knowledge of export documentation, customs regulations, and Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with ASEAN and global trade compliance is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics management software.
