Responsibility
- Develop and create precise patterns for leather goods, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with designers and production teams to refine product designs and specifications.
- Conduct fittings and adjustments to patterns to achieve the desired product outcome.
- Maintain and organize pattern archives for easy retrieval and reference.
- Utilize both traditional and digital tools to create and modify patterns.
- Ensure patterns meet production standards and are optimized for efficiency.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the production team as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in pattern making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Pattern Maker, preferably in the leather goods industry.
- Proficiency in using pattern-making software and tools.
- Strong understanding of leather materials and their properties.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurements.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for design.
