Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and as trained (if applicable).
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, verifying shipments against purchase orders or invoices.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Good teamwork and communication skills in English (basic proficiency required).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime or weekend shifts.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous but not mandatory.
