As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents. Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring proper labeling, stacking, and rotation of stock (FIFO/LIFO).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and maintain data integrity in the warehouse management system.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment while adhering to safety and handling procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently to move materials as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to load/unload trucks, sort packages, and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Generate and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments, using digital or manual systems.
- Assist in resolving shipping/receiving discrepancies and communicate issues to supervisors for prompt resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related logistics role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data, including basic math and inventory calculations.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25-50 kg and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with team members and supervisors.
- Forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain one is highly desirable.
