Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments with accuracy using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and error-free fulfillment.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to load/unload trucks and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Generate and maintain accurate documentation for all warehouse transactions, including receipts and dispatch records.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory calculations.
- Certification in forklift operation or willingness to undergo training.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) protocols.
