Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Manage e-commerce order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to optimize stock levels
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to streamline logistics workflows
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to logistics operations
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements in warehouse management
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Resolve logistics-related issues and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or e-commerce fulfillment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
