Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, non-conformance issues, and root cause analyses.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to local and international quality regulations and standards.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control processes and best practices.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to address quality concerns and foster strong relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
