Responsibility
- Manage and organize inventory storage, ensuring accurate labeling, categorization, and easy retrieval of goods.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain precise inventory records.
- Coordinate the packing, loading, and unloading of shipments, adhering to safety and efficiency standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and process incoming and outgoing deliveries, including documentation and quality checks.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization to maximize storage capacity and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely restocking and order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data and inventory systems.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software (WMS) or ERP systems is a plus.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and work in a standing position for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of logistics processes, including shipping, receiving, and stock control.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain one is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English to liaise with team members and external partners.
