Responsibility
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to order specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate packaging machinery or tools (e.g., sealers, scanners) as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with warehouse safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing quotas and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counting.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling, storing, and shipping goods.
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or packing experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to lift and move items weighing up to 20-25 kg (assistance provided for heavier loads).
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills to read order sheets, labels, and inventory lists.
- Ability to work 5.5 days per week with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Good teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or barcode scanners is advantageous.
