Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Organize and maintain a clean, hazard-free warehouse environment adhering to 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team members to load/unload delivery trucks and ensure timely shipments.
- Label and store goods in designated locations, optimizing space utilization.
- Assist in preparing reports on inventory levels, damages, or shortages for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics (1+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or basic ERP software.
- Physical ability to lift/move items up to 20-25 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic English proficiency (written and verbal) for communication with international teams.
- Certification in forklift operation or willingness to undergo training (advantageous).
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to OHS (Occupational Health & Safety) protocols.
