Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and control project budgets, forecasting costs, and optimizing financial performance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks with proactive contingency planning.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to align objectives and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and present progress reports, KPIs, and post-project evaluations to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field; Master’s or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management within manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA) and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a stakeholder-centric approach.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Familiarity with lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or Agile frameworks is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to Bali, Indonesia (work permit sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
