Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming aircraft parts, dangerous goods (DG), and other logistics materials with accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to safely move, store, and retrieve inventory.
- Perform regular cycle counts and stock surveillance to maintain inventory accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of dangerous goods (DG).
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize storage space and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of inventory movements, shipments, and stock levels.
- Assist in coordinating logistics activities with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
- Adhere to workplace safety protocols and participate in regular training to maintain certifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or aviation-related roles.
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Familiarity with dangerous goods (DG) handling and aviation logistics is a strong advantage.
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems and cycle counting procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Physical fitness to lift, move, and handle heavy materials as required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, if necessary.
