Responsibility
- Coordinate with overseas freight agents to provide timely and accurate freight quotations.
- Negotiate competitive carrier rates and secure cost-effective shipping solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international agents and clients.
- Handle urgent shipment requests and resolve logistics challenges efficiently.
- Monitor shipment statuses and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and analyze reports on freight costs, transit times, and service performance.
- Assist in account development by identifying new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or sales coordination.
- Strong understanding of international shipping processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations is a plus.
- Bachelorβs degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
