Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure operational reliability.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, compliance standards, and quality control measures.
- Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve performance targets and efficiency goals.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., maintenance, logistics) to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Develop and optimize production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory management.
- Prepare reports on production metrics, equipment performance, and process improvements for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and production machinery.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
