Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee the transportation of machinery and equipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics service providers.
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, including documentation and licensing requirements.
- Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to internal teams and customers.
- Resolve logistics-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including shipping documents and inventory reports.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to streamline supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of trade compliance, customs regulations, and international shipping procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
