Responsibility
- Operate and monitor plastic bag production machinery to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Follow strict safety protocols and quality control standards in all production activities.
- Load raw materials (e.g., plastic pellets, rolls) into machines and adjust settings as needed.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications before packaging.
- Maintain accurate production logs, including output quantities, machine settings, and any issues encountered.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and troubleshoot operational challenges.
- Adhere to workplace cleanliness and organization standards to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or machinery operation is a plus.
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferably in plastic/packaging) is advantageous but not required.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine operations quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials (up to 20 kg).
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable) and adapt to production demands.
