Responsibility
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize procurement, logistics, and inventory management across 200+ branches.
- Oversee importation processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and minimizing lead times.
- Manage warehousing operations, including space utilization, inventory accuracy, and distribution efficiency.
- Lead vendor and supplier negotiations to secure cost-effective contracts and maintain strong partnerships.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., order fulfillment rates, stock turnover) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to forecast demand and align supply chain activities with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations, including safety and quality standards.
- Drive digital transformation by evaluating and integrating supply chain technologies (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS).
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree or CSCP/CPIM certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in procurement, importation, and multi-site logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, demand planning, and lean methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with Indonesian and international trade regulations is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing business needs.
