Responsibility
- Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Review and disposition non-conforming materials through the MRB process.
- Document and investigate NCMRs, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvements.
- Perform calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
- Generate quality reports and maintain accurate records.
- Support audits and compliance with industry standards (ISO, etc.).
- Train staff on quality procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing.
- Familiarity with MRB and NCMR processes.
- Strong knowledge of inspection tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in 12-hour shifts (rotational).
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
