Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to optimize space and accessibility.
- Collaborate with team members to load/unload delivery trucks and coordinate logistics.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, data entry).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Certification in forklift operation or willingness to obtain one is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
