Based in Badung, you’ll work in a strategic location that connects Bali’s bustling business districts, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and beyond. Responsibility
- Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain real-time inventory records using digital systems, conducting regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Organize warehouse space efficiently to optimize storage capacity and facilitate easy retrieval of items.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and distribution teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery notes.
- Implement safety and security protocols to protect warehouse assets and personnel.
- Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Basic understanding of supply chain logistics and best practices in warehouse management.
- Certification in forklift operation or warehouse safety is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
