Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, goods, and services to meet company requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant procurement data.
- Support the procurement team in negotiating contracts and terms with vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize cost and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
