Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive audits to assess compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, non-conformities, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with management teams to develop and implement corrective action plans.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on ISO requirements and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented quality management systems.
- Stay updated with changes in ISO standards and industry regulations.
- Facilitate internal audits and support external certification processes.
- Ensure documentation and records are maintained in accordance with ISO guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certified ISO Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Proven experience in conducting ISO audits, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or service industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
