Responsibility
- Lead demand forecasting and supply planning to align production with market needs and minimize excess inventory.
- Oversee MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes to ensure timely procurement and material availability.
- Optimize inventory levels across multiple warehouses, balancing cost efficiency with service level targets.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve lead times.
- Develop and implement capacity planning models to maximize resource utilization and meet production deadlines.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover, fill rates, on-time delivery) and present data-driven insights to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, to enhance supply chain agility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements in materials management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Masterâs degree or APICS/CSCP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in materials planning, demand planning, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel/BI tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable recommendations.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Just-in-Time (JIT), or Kanban principles.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with a problem-solving mindset.
