Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for food, beverages, supplies, and equipment.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely replenishment.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in procurement activities.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
