Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using advanced stock management systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Generate detailed reports on stock movements, usage, and forecasting to support decision-making.
- Implement and improve inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Troubleshoot inventory-related issues and propose actionable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding stock management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in stock administration, inventory control, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables) is a plus.
- Experience in a hybrid work model is advantageous.
