Responsibility
- Oversee daily production schedules to ensure on-time completion of orders while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to manage inventory and material availability.
- Monitor production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to communicate project status, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate production records, including work orders, progress reports, and quality control documentation.
- Collaborate with the production manager to forecast resource needs and allocate labor and machinery effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production coordination, manufacturing, or logistics, preferably in woodwork or furniture production.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in production management software (e.g., ERP, MRP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or Mandarin is advantageous.
