Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments with accuracy, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular stock audits to verify inventory levels and report discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (assistance may be provided for heavier loads).
- Basic proficiency in using warehouse management software or inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Familiarity with standard warehouse safety protocols and equipment operation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, to meet operational needs.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is preferred; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
