Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage in designated warehouse areas, ensuring efficient space utilization.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping and distribution while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company protocols.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to load and unload delivery trucks and ensure timely dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in line with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in documenting and reporting warehouse activities, including discrepancies or damages.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics/warehousing is a plus.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, data entry).
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 25 kg) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory accurately.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in shifts or flexible hours as required by operational needs.
- Certification in forklift operation or warehouse safety is advantageous.
