Responsibility
- Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of process equipment.
- Conduct quality checks and document production data accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Ensure workplace safety by adhering to EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) guidelines.
- Assist in process improvements and continuous efficiency enhancements.
- Report any deviations or issues to the production supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- Nitec or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology (CPT) or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Process Technician in a manufacturing plant.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or chemical production processes.
- Strong understanding of GMP and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to undergo training and upskill as required.
