This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $2,000 – $2,500 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in the semiconductor industry.
Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance metrics.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and operators.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing industries.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment is a plus.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
