Responsibility
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer order deadlines while optimizing resource utilization.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure alignment on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
- Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Manage customer accounts by maintaining regular communication, addressing inquiries, and resolving any planning-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards in all planning and production activities.
- Prepare and present reports on production status, capacity planning, and resource allocation to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in medical technology manufacturing to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain management, preferably in the medical technology or manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, MRP software, and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
