Join Lian Hin Pte Ltd as a Warehouse Storekeeper & Delivery Driver in beautiful Bali! This dual-role position offers a unique opportunity to manage inventory operations while ensuring timely and safe delivery of tools, equipment, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to our valued clients.
As part of our dynamic team, you will play a critical role in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse, while also representing our company on the road. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with a valid driver’s license and a passion for logistics and supply chain management.
Based in Bali, this role combines hands-on warehouse duties with customer-facing delivery responsibilities, offering a diverse and rewarding work experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of tools, equipment, and PPE in the warehouse.
- Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Organize and label warehouse items for easy retrieval and efficient storage.
- Prepare and pack orders for delivery, ensuring all items are in good condition and meet quality standards.
- Operate company vehicles to deliver goods to clients in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles to ensure they are roadworthy and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods, adhering to proper handling procedures to prevent damage.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, including obtaining signatures and addressing client inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license (Class B or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with PPE, tools, and equipment commonly used in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) as required.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
