Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery of products.
- Monitor and optimize production workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all production activities.
- Train, mentor, and motivate production teams to achieve performance targets and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and KPIs to track performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support new product introductions and process innovations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven track record of managing production teams, improving efficiency, and meeting KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO) and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
